This policy explains how [LEGAL_ENTITY] (“Stork Carry”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information on storkcarry.com. Questions? Email hello@storkcarry.com.
What we collect
We collect what you enter in our forms, plus a few details that come with each submission.
- Waitlist: your email address, and the fact that you checked the consent box, with the version of the consent text you agreed to.
- Wholesale inquiries: your name, email address and store or company name, and, if you add them, your store website, phone number, location and message.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
With every form submission we also store the page you sent it from, the country your connection comes from (as reported by Cloudflare’s network), and the date and time. We do not store your IP address with your submission.
Waitlist consent
When you join the waitlist, you check a box next to this text:
Add me to the Stork Carry waitlist. Email me launch news, early access and $50 off the expected $299 retail price. Unsubscribe anytime.
We store the version of that text (2026-10-01) with your signup, so we know what you agreed to. Every waitlist email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@storkcarry.com to be removed.
How we use it
- To send waitlist members launch news, early access and the launch discount.
- To answer your messages and wholesale inquiries.
- To keep spam and bots out of our forms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts this site on Cloudflare Pages and stores form submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and information about your browser and device. We receive a pass or fail result.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without following you across other sites. It records the page visited, the referring site, your browser and device type, and your country.
- Resend delivers our email, including the copy of each form submission that goes to our team.
These providers handle information on our behalf.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for [RETENTION_PERIOD], or until you ask us to delete them.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither); and
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
To use a right, email hello@storkcarry.com. We will confirm the request with the email address it relates to. An authorized agent can also make a request for you.
Notice for California residents
- Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email address); business details you give us for wholesale inquiries (company, store website, phone number, location); internet activity (the page a form was sent from); approximate location (country).
- Sources: you, through our forms, and Cloudflare (country).
- Purposes: the uses listed under “How we use it”.
- Disclosure: to the service providers listed above, for those purposes.
- Sensitive personal information: we do not collect it.
- Sale and sharing: we do not sell or share personal information.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the waitlist consent text changes, the new version applies to new signups.
